Zest Vending ("Zest", "we", "us") is a brand name under which R Tex Consulting Partners LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the "Company"), operates vending, smart cooler and micro market services in Houston only. All services, agreements and transactions under the Zest Vending brand are provided by R Tex Consulting Partners LLC.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using this website, requesting a vending machine, or purchasing products from any Zest Vending equipment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. Free vending placement
Placement of equipment at a host location is offered with no service fees to the location, subject to approval by the Company. Approval depends on factors including location type, expected traffic, available space, power and access. Submitting a request does not guarantee placement. Specific terms of any placement may be set out in a separate written location agreement, which will prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
4. Equipment ownership
All machines, smart coolers, kiosks and related equipment remain the sole property of R Tex Consulting Partners LLC unless agreed otherwise in writing. Host locations agree not to move, alter, tamper with or remove equipment and to provide reasonable access for restocking, service and maintenance.
5. Products and pricing
Food and beverages are purchased separately by end users at the prices displayed on each machine. Products, assortment and features vary by machine and location. We may change products and prices at any time. Product images on this website may come from manufacturers, and some visuals are design concepts.
6. Payments and refunds
Our equipment may accept cash, coins, cards, phone tap and Apple Pay, depending on the setup. Card and mobile payments are processed by third-party providers. If a machine fails to dispense or you are charged incorrectly, contact us through www.zestvending.com with the location, date, time and amount, and we will review and issue a refund or credit when appropriate.
7. Allergies and food safety
Product ingredient and allergen information is provided by manufacturers on product packaging. Customers are responsible for reviewing packaging before consuming any product. The Company is not responsible for reactions to products that are properly labeled by their manufacturers.
8. Age-restricted items
Where offered, certain products may be subject to age restrictions under applicable law. Customers are responsible for complying with such laws.
9. Website use
